Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy:

  • Upon payment for the flat fee MLS listing (one-time membership), refunds are only applicable if the listing has not yet been activated or if there is an error in the listing process attributable to our platform.

  • Refund requests must be made within 48 hours of payment and must be submitted in writing via email.

  • Once the MLS listing is activated, refunds will not be issued.


Cancellation Policy:

  • Customers can cancel their listing membership at any time by contacting our customer support team.

  • Cancellations requested before the MLS listing is activated will be processed promptly, and no further charges will be incurred.

  • If the MLS listing is already active, no cancellations will be accepted, and customers will be billed for the one-time membership fee.
