Upon payment for the flat fee MLS listing (one-time membership), refunds are only applicable if the listing has not yet been activated or if there is an error in the listing process attributable to our platform.

Refund requests must be made within 48 hours of payment and must be submitted in writing via email.

Once the MLS listing is activated, refunds will not be issued.
Cancellation Policy:

Customers can cancel their listing membership at any time by contacting our customer support team.

Cancellations requested before the MLS listing is activated will be processed promptly, and no further charges will be incurred.

If the MLS listing is already active, no cancellations will be accepted, and customers will be billed for the one-time membership fee.
